Do you manufacture to customer drawings?
Yes. You send a drawing or specification, our team estimates and quotes, then we manufacture to your drawing.

Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are ISO 9001 certified (quality management system) with full traceability on every job, from raw material to delivery.

Do you accept single or low-volume orders?
Yes, we take made-to-order work including one-off pieces, low volume and repeat production. Send your drawing to discuss with our team.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time depends on the complexity and quantity of the job. Our team provides a clear delivery date together with the quotation.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a range of materials such as steel, aluminium, stainless steel and tool/die materials, as appropriate for each job.
Do you make automotive door racks?
Yes. We build front door racks, rear door racks and door panel racks, with dividers and locating points designed around the specific part. They are made stackable and returnable so the empty rack comes back and is used again. Send us the drawing or the part dimensions and we can quote.
Can you make body side and body side outer racks?
Yes, this is regular work for us, along with other stamping parts racks. Because these panels are large and easy to mark, we design the support points and protection around each specific part so the surface is not damaged in transit.
What is the difference between a stackable rack and a returnable rack?
Stackable means the racks stack on top of each other to save storage and transport space. Returnable means the rack is built tough enough to ship parts out, come back empty and be reused many times instead of single-use packaging. Automotive parts racks usually need both, and we design for both.
Can you build a rack to our own drawing?
Yes. Most of our rack work is made to order. Send a 2D or 3D drawing, or a sample part plus how many pieces you need per rack, and we design the frame and the locating points. If you do not have a drawing yet, we can design it from scratch.
